For each medical institution in the inquiries list, prepare a fax as follows: In the recipients field (To:) write the full name of the medical institution; In the fax number field (Fax number:) write the fax number of the medical institution as it appears in the inquiries list; In the subject field (Regarding:) write the name of the software they are interested in: either Interactive HIPAA or Precision Code, as it appears in the inquiries list; In the fax body (Comments) copy and paste the answering text, as it appears in the Answer text document; As soon as you finish, send a reply e-mail attaching the fax documents that you have prepared.
