    Human Resource Management System (HRMS) is a comprehensive online solution to recruiting needs. Scalable for large organizations, HRMS provides a natural recruitment workflow . The use of HRMS will immediately increase the efficiency of recruitment process. 2) Scope of project: Human resource management system is Recruitment module allows to hire and track applicants using the same software to manage candidate Human resource management system consist of candidate management consist of candidate search management according to the name, city, skill sets and experience. Human resource management system also consist of interview management which includes the company schedules, job description, interview date, total assigned candidate, interview results. Human resource management system can send automatic emails about vacancies to recruitment agencies. It can also notify existing candidate via email,
