Introduction
Have you ever considered which country was the most legendary at exploring in the 1400-1500s? Well, we are here to tell that France was the country with the most memorable exploring and explorers. France had many great explorers who fearlessly discovered new places and courageously faced terrifying hardships. Not everyone would do something like that. But they did and that is why we want to show you how good our explorers were! They almost ALWAYS achieved their goal/s and were nice to Natives. They also had countless reasons and goals for exploring.

Throughout the years of the Age of Exploration, almost all French explorers were successful in their exploring. For example: Samuel de Champlain was the first to discover Quebec, fortunately died with success. On the other hand, Verrazano ( a Italian who sailed for France) died by cannibals eating him, he was well known for being the first European to see the New York Bay. Adding to that, Louis Joliet and Jacques Marquette sailed together and discovered the Mississippi river. Those were all great

Have you ever realized that most French explorers were very nice to natives? Well if you didnt, think again. Samuel De Champlain did not fight with Natives, he peacefully traded with them, something not all explorers would do. Another example would be that Louis Joliet and Jacques Marquette preached many Indian chiets and braves were very very nice to natives. And lastly Verrazano also traded with Natives.
