ROLE TRANSITION MANAGER Brief Job Description :

Responsible for managing setup and transition of IT Infrastructure and Applications delivery to offshore locations from various client locations Employ transition methodologies based on client requirements and provide structured and repeatable process to manage the transitions Deliver the projects on time within budgeted costs and with high quality Manage senior level stakeholders, both internal and external. Ensure that expectations are clearly understood, articulated and managed Responsible for management of transition risks and challenges. Effectively communicate and report status to reflect transparent progress to all stakeholders Track and review benefits realized against those envisaged during the formation of strategy for offshoring
Key Skills:

Strong project management skills Good understanding of delivery of IT services from offshore locations, preferably in the area of IT Infrastructure and/or applications Good understanding of project financial management and reporting Demonstrated experience of having worked with International Clients at senior levels Strong problem solving skills: will require working with ambiguity, aggressive timeliness Effective Communication
Experience:

4 to 7 years in a service delivery role and should have handled multiple transitions
Professional Qualifications:

MBA (Preferred) / PMP certified / Demonstrated experience as a project manager
