Setting a Table
1. Place the tablecloth over the table 2. The crease looks parallel down the middle 3. The ends and the sides, the drop is all the same all the way around 4. The line of the cloth looks straight to make sure the drop is the same all the way around 5. Place the slipcloth over the table and again make sure the drop is the same on each side. 6. Then we put down the Side plates left, using your thumb to ensure the plates are line up correctly 7. Two sideplates in the midldel for the wter jar 8. Flowers, salt and pepper 9. Place the cutlery, usig the thumb because All should be the same distance away 10. From the table edge, all the cutlery should look parallel, to be uniform 11. The wter glass is placed at the top of the 12. We polish the glasses with a glascloth 13. The wine glass is placed to the left of the wter glass 14. The glasses are carried to the table using a tray 15. Once the glasses are placed, the waterjar is placed 16. The napkins are put into the plates setting
