Design Database
-dialogue is an object oriented system -houses all design objects and processes associated with applications -Standard design objects include Application, documents,pages, messages, Data files, Rules etc.

Application Package
- build a package file called pub file - combine data file,o/p queue,variable,document,page

Data Input
External - obtained by engine at runtime - contains actual customer data - used as production data source Data Definition Files - included in application package - contain sample data -used as test data source - includes driver file and reference file

Dialogue Engine
- engine reads package file to produce o/p file for the o/p driver specified in the package -During runtime engine performs -Builds requirements List -Creates Target resources -Packages objects - Finally we obtain the personalized o/p in required format or delivery channel
