The study is undertaken to know how many people are interested to work as life insurance agent in Bharti AXA and their thinking about the Bharti AXA Life Insurance Company or about private insurance company.

To understand the process of recruitment and selection of agent in life insurance. Why people are not willing to work as an agent in life insurance sector specially with private companies.

This bar chart shows that 90 % of respondents (48 respondent out of 50) knows about Bharti AXA life Insurance.

4 % of respondents (2 respondents out of 50) dont know about Bharti AXA life Insurance.

QUES 2:- WHICH IS BIGGEST CONCERN OF YOUR FUTURE? Concern Job Career Income

NOTEAs we discuss above that 3 out of 50 peoples have no intrest in to earn extra income so sample size reduce from 50 respondent to 47.

Interpretation

This chart shows that 55.31% of Peoples (26 respondents) were interested for Part time job. 21 respondent out of 47 respondents were interested to do full time job and percentage of those peoples is 44.68%.

NOTEAs we discuss above, 21 out of 47 peoples have no intrest in Part time job so sample size reduces from 47 respondent to 26.
