The technique can adopt from native Japanese teacher and can developed further, for example we can focus on the students as individual, give them some motivation and trust them that they can hold the lesson. If the teachers look at the students feels boring with the lesson, the teachers have to handle this problem. We can use a simple way, such as asked them to do little movement, stand up while count in Japanese number. Its useful behind made the students spirit, feel relax, and so can memorizing the lesson which have learned. The mistake which always done is the teachers forget to practice conversation. They always think how to teach the grammar perfectly without practice some conversation. Chance one of students to practice the language just in the classroom or we can say when the learning process go on. So, make some conversation between teacher and student, if there is an incorrect vocabulary, grammar, and so on, teacher have to correction, without offend. Do not leave the wrong become a habit student. There are strategies that can to do : Do games, role play, field trip, and reading activities in the class; Asked student to look for an information about Japan as home work, such as culture, or something like on Japan. In the classroom apply silence way method, that is where the teacher just keep silence. Its useful to develop student skill in sensitivity, listening.
