SALES MANAGER AGREEMENT

This agreement is made between TWO6THREE (Company) and _____________________________________________________ (Sales Manager). Sales Representative agrees to: 1. Represent and sell the Company's CONFERENCE AND TRAINING products / services in the geographic area of AFRICA. 2. Accurately represent and state Company policies to all potential and present customers. 3. Promptly INDICATE all leads and orders to the Company through the provided contact template. 4. Contact possible contacts provided and invite them to conferences/trainings as per briefings. 5. Provide company with 30-days notice should the Representative intend to terminate this agreement. 6. May not use any details provided by company for personal benefit. 7. Contact all people who have agreed to pay for payment of agreed registration fee 8. Bring in at least 3 deals in a month 9. A Two month probation after which negotiations for a longer contract with salary can be discussed The Company Agrees to: 1. Pay the following commissions to the Sales Manager: (a) 13 percept of all sales after events costs have been deducted (b) There is an incentive for bringing in payments early (within a two week time frame) - to be agreed with sales manager 2. To set minimum monthly quotas after consultation with the Sales Representative. 3. To grant Representative two weeks notice should the Company wish to terminate this agreement. This constitutes the entire agreement.
