In university school of information technology there are four departments: Administration Faculty Data entry operator Marks

Administration department:

This department will maintain the user account of students and will maintain them with university management system.
Implement service excellence standards, including coaching and education.

Manage branch administration, including branch facilities and provide administrative support. Manage administrative staff scheduling to include: standard work schedules, vacation requests/approval, overtime management and approval of expense reports.

Faculty: Faculty will maintain the student attendance records. Faculty will keep track of student, whether he is eligible to give exams.

Data entry operator: Data entry operator have very basic work to do, they have to enter the information about student. They have to enter information about students course. They have to enter information about students fee.

Marks department: This department keeps records of students marks. They maintain record for each student separately.
