WELCOME TO ROME! Rome is the capital city of Italy.

Its a great place to learn Italian and eat very well. . Rome is o e of the most touristic cities in Italy. It has got a lot of ruins, palaces, art, antiques and churches. The most visited monument is the coliseum. The coliseum is an amphitheatre and, if you go to Rome, you must visit another famous place, the Trevi Fountain. The legend says that if you throw a coin, you will return to Rome, and, if you throw two coins, you will find love in Rome. In the city of Rome there is another city called the Vatican. In the Vatican, you can find the Holy See. It is the largest Christian church. In Rome you dont have to worry about food because there are restaurants in every street. I love Italian food because everything is pasta and tastes good. One of the most famous Italian food is ice creams. The best ice-creams in the world are in Italy. Italian coffees are also very famous. If youve got time, you can go on a day trip to Villa Adriana. These are ruins in which they found a reproduction of the statue of discobolus.
