    OMAHA, NEBerkshire Hathaway Inc.s 2011 Annual Report to the shareholders will be posted on the Internet on Saturday February 25, 2012, at approximately 8:00 a.m. eastern time where it can be accessed at www.berkshirehathaway.com. The Annual Report will include Warren E. Buffetts annual letter to shareholders and other information about Berkshires financial position and results of operations. The Annual Report is scheduled to be mailed to Berkshire shareholders on or about March 16, 2012. This mailing will also include information regarding our Annual Shareholders Meeting which will be held on Saturday May 5, 2012. Berkshire Hathaway and its subsidiaries engage in diverse business activities including property and casualty insurance and reinsurance, utilities and energy, freight rail transportation, finance, manufacturing, retailing and services. Common stock of the company is listed on the New York Stock Exchange, trading symbols BRK.A and BRK.B.
