ACKNOWLEDGEMENT First of all, I would like to say a bunch of thank to my industrial trainings company supervisor, Mrs. Mimi Hasliah Shahari for the helps and information sharing with me along my industrial training. All supervisions and supports that been gave really help the progression and smoothness of the internship program. Special thanks to Mr. Lezam Lehat as my SPPK system advisers because of sharing the knowledge and extensive experience in developing this task.

A very thank you also goes to Mrs. Rafizah, as an assistant supervisor, who is also a great help in completing this task SPPK system. Guidance and encouragement that she provided will not be forgotten. Also thanks to the staff at the IT Unit of UiTM Johor, which always help me when I was facing problems in adjusting myself in industrial training environment, the industrial training fellows who are willing to help in the success of industrial training assignments.
