The frui(ul sharing helped us learn about how social
enterprises are a form of social innova7on, and we made interes7ng discoveries about co-opera7ves as well as some up and coming social ideas. In fact, many things around us today were social innova7ons of the yesteryears.

E D U C AT I O N
Educa7on is a challenging environment for Social
Enterprises to work in, requiring a delicate balance between innova7on and empathy in order for them to provide the best solu7ons for the community they serve while managing the triple boDom-line.

Much of the innova7on in social innova7on comes from the

collabora7ons between sectors. Not all of us are going to be social entrepreneurs, but as we step into the corporate world, let us push for change from wherever we are and create blends of ideas that we would never have otherwise imagined. All of us can, in our own way, be on our way to become social innova7on rockstars!

At the end of the day, it is oEen dicult to measure the

impacts of educa7on and eorts should be ul7mately aimed at understanding and developing people as opposed to success in the pure business sense.
