BRUSH (Mar. 28, 2012) East Morgan County Hospital Pharmacy Program Manager, Clark Seele, invites area residents to join him Apr. 10 for the next Lobby Lecture Series topic: Handling medications in the home. Lobby Lectures will be held in the main lobby of the hospital beginning at 6 p.m. with a light meal. Please use the main entrance to the hospital. Seele will discuss the reasons why not to use expired medicines, safe disposal of unused medications, the Drug Take Back program, and What you should know and how to safely dispose of needles and other sharps outside of a healthcare setting. The lecture is offered free of charge and will give participants the opportunity to ask questions and receive information. Clark Seele is the pharmacy program manager at East Morgan County Hospital. He attended CU School of Pharmacy and has19 years experience as a pharmacist. Before coming to EMCH, Seele worked in several pharmacy leadership positions at large urban hospitals in Metro-Denver. Three years ago, he was hired by EMCH to increase the scope of pharmaceutical capabilities at the hospital. Lobby Lectures is a series of health education offered on the second Tuesday evening, in September, October, November, December, February, March, April, and May.
