    2.Do you support or oppose legislation that creates an exemption for a Cancer Hospital to operate in NH? Some say this legislation creates unfair treatment and advantage to a for-profit hospital over the not-for-profits in existence and they should go through the same process as any hospital in NH. Others say NH needs the jobs and the care provided by the Cancer hospital makes them unique.

    3.Do you support or oppose legislation that will legalize use of marijuana in NH for medical purposes? The legislation would allow people with doctor-certified medical conditions to posses 6 ounces of marijuana. It would also require an ID program.
