Dear Ms , Ehlers : This responds to your complaint of professional misconduct against Lieutenant Michael Melocowsky, JAGC, USN. Your complaint was reviewed in accordance with JAGINST 58 03. 1C, the Navy's Rules of Professional Responsibility. I considered the information you provided along with JAGINST 5803. 1C. After careful consideration, I found the available evidence failed to support probable cause to believe LT Melocowsky violated the Navy's Rules of Professional Responsibility. Accordingly, no further inquiry will be conducted and this matter is now closed.
