    Our office at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar received your letter on March 10, 2010. I am writing to you on behalf of Colonel Richie, Commanding Officer, Marine Corps Air Station Miramar. I regret to inform you that RPl Skovranko is currently not assigned to any command at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar. Therefore, we are unable to investigate these allegations. After a thorough search we determined that RPl Skovranko is presently stationed: on the USS New Orleans LPD-18, which is located at Naval Base San Diego.
