The Pins Referred to by number Always numbered left to right Uniform in size- 15 tall, ~15 in circumference, must weigh 3lbs-6oz and 3lbs-10oz, 2 inner hollow areas giving it a topple angle of 9 degrees

4 Step Approach
Performed in one fluid motion 1. Athletic pose (starting stance) Knees bent with spine bent Ball-side foot forward and ball move forward at the same time 2. Other foot takes the next step and second hand on ball comes free 3. Ball-side foot moves forward; Ball arcs to highest point 4. Other foot steps forward into slide; Ball arcs down to lowest part; Arm should point down, ready to release ball; Ball-side foot slides behind other foot; Knees bend and follow through
