    Provide the necessary planning, survey, civil, and landscape architecture services to permit a 212,000 sf., 2-story public high school with associated parking and athletic areas Complete campus site and improvement plan design including building orientation, parking, athletic fields, stadium, ball fields, stormwater management facility and field irrigation Attended and secured approval from the County Planning Commission 408 parking spaces: 140 staff/visitors, 242 students, & 26-bus loading area

    Special Site / Design Considerations:


    Successful coordination with roadway engineering consultant relocating Ballenger Creek Pike Design accommodated joint use of ingress/egress for school and neighboring property Extensive campus landscape design; headlight glare screening and berming for abutting residents
