    My father was expired on 01-01-2012. My mother has already died in the year 2007. Due to sudden demise of my father, the work related to closing of his bank accounts, deposit of weapon, finalization of property, transfer of vehicles etc. Is to be done by me. For this I have asked verbally to Section Officer (Pers.) for grant of leave, but it was advised that I should come to the office by late so that official work will not be suffered.

    Sir, This is with reference to the Memo No.-114 dated 23-03-2012 regarding explanation for late coming to office during the month of February, 2012. In this regard it is submitted that my father was expired on 01-01-2012. My mother has already died in the year 2007. I am the only son of my parents. Due to sudden demise of my father, the work related to closing of his bank accounts, deposit of weapon, finalization of property, transfer of vehicles etc. is to be done by me. The working hours of Bank, Authority is in between 10:00 am to 12:00 noon, where I have to do the above work. For this I have asked verbally to Section Officer (Pers.) for grant of leave, but it was advised that I should come to the office by late so that official work will not be suffered. However, I have tried my best to reach office on time and most of time I reached office in time. May be some day I was late for which I am assuring you that I will be punctual. It is, therefore, requested kindly to exonerate me and I will be punctual and strictly adhere the office timing. Thanking you, Yours faithfully,
