Indicate final approval

If you are the final approver, you can indicate that approval is completed and
distribute the PDF.

1. Open the PDF attachment.

2. If prompted, enter your identity information.
3. Apply an identity stamp, and click Final Approval.
4. Specify whether to send an approval notification and whether to notify the
initiator of approval status.
5. If sending a notification, type the email addresses of the PDF recipients, and
click Send. Send the initiator email notification, if applicable.
