London 2030 Transportation Master Plan Smart Moves Smart Moves is exploring different ways to improve transportation in London, including ways to meet the needs of all transportation users. In the fall of 2009, we held our kickoff workshop and heard about opportunities and challenges faced by users of all transportation modes, followed by the second workshop in the spring of 2010, when we assessed the directions for a long-term vision for transportation in London. In January, 2011 we held the third workshop, at which we defined the direction for public transit in London. On May 16th, well present and seek feedback on all aspects of the proposed London 2030 Transportation Master Plan. PLEASE JOIN US! The fourth and last public event will be held: Date: Wednesday, May 16, 2012 Time: 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. (6:00-7:00 p.m., Open House, then, 7:00-9:30 p.m., Presentation and Public Feedback). Location: Western Fair - Carousel Room Your feedback, priorities, and perspectives are critical to helping shape a new more sustainable transportation system in London. At the May 16th meeting, we need to hear your final thoughts on the draft plan. Policies, programs, infrastructure improvements, phasing, priorities, and funding alternatives will be presented at the public event.
