Maxilla: Mouth half open, from the vestibular side (only buccal adjustments).

What le patient does: 1) Wide opening of mouth 2) The arrangement of lips as if whisteling 3) Facial movements, a wide smile Area of correction: 1) On both side of vestibular from the tuberosity of alveolar process to teeth 17 and 27 (buccally) 2) Labialt from canine to canine 3) On both sides of vestibule from the second molar to first premolar Mandible: Half open mouth- Vestibular and lingual side adjustments (both sides) What le patient does: 1) The wide open mouth 2) Licking the upper and lower lip 3) Touching tip of tongue to cheek mucosa 4) Extend the tongue over the top lip 5) Arrangement of lips as if whisteling Area of correction (adjustements): 1) Both sides of vestibule from retromolar pad to the area of the first molar teeth 2) Both sides of the tongue from retromolar pad to the area of the first molar teeth 3) Both sides of the tongue on the opposite side in places distant about 1 cm from frenulum of the tongue, around canine to second premolar 4) The tongue area within medial incisors 5) Labialt from canine to canine Uwaga!
