    Dear Kashif,

    With reference to our yesterday's telephonic conversation, I would like to tell your Accounts Department that there is no need for signatures on Purchase Order from our side. It is full and final. I am again attaching a document (on our letterhead mentioning the same topic). However due to my busy schedule, I may sign the sales invoice while collecting my ordered items.
