    Outline Thesis: The common health problem of Tyler Junior College is students not wearing shoes whether its indoors, outdoors, even in the shower this can be improved with three solutions. 1) Education A. Break out session during freshman orientation. 1. Discussing the health risk different bacteria and fungi that grows on the ground and in moist areas. 2. Question/ answer time B. Mandatory assembly with all English classes 1. Explain the health problem 2. Discuss consequences 2) Sterilizing A. Mandatory cleaning day 1. Discuss and teach proper cleaning skills 2. Sanitizing bathroom floors, showers, and carpet B. Health violation policies 1. Mandatory room check 2. Discuss Health code violation consequences 3) Advertisement Promotion A. Posting reminders around school 1. Grasping students attention on importance of self care. 2. Give students a visual on health infections. B. Participating in health fairs 1. More hands on activities for student 2. Discuss the different effects of infections.
