INTRODUCTION

Plastic is the general common term for a wide range of synthetic or semi synthetic organic solid material suitable for the manufacture of industrial product. Plastic are typically polymers of high molecular weight, and may contain substance to improve performance and/or reduce cost.

Plastics adverse effects on our environments

plastic pollute beaches & oceans

plastic bags litter the landscapes

Plastic bags kills animals

Plastic bags are non bio degradable

Plastic plays the villain right from the stage of its production. The major
chemicals that go into the making of plastic are highly toxic and pose serious threat to living beings of all species on earth.
Some of the constituents of plastic such as benzene are known to cause

cancer. Plastic resins themselves are flammable and have contributed considerably to several accidents worldwide.

CONTI

Once plastic is produced, the harm is done once and for all. Plastic defies any kind of attempt at disposal be it through recycling, burning, or land filling.

When you recycle a hazard, you create a hazard.

MEASURES
Start reducing the use of plastic bags.
use substitutes, i.e. paper bags or cloth bags Recycling the plastics

solution

Reuse Reduce

Resistance to chemicals, water and impact. Good safety and hygiene properties for food packaging.

Excellent thermal and electrical insulation properties.

Relatively inexpensive to produce. Lighter weight than competing materials,
