    Notice to the market

    Klabin SA ("Company") in accordance to CVM Instruction No. 308/99 Article 31, announces to the market the hiring of PricewaterhouseCoopers ("PwC") to conduct independent external audit of the Company and its subsidiaries as a result of the process of rotation of auditors every period of 5 (five) years. PwC will start its activities from the review of the quarterly financial statements ("ITRs") of the first quarter of 2012 fiscal year. We obtained approval from Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu ("Deloitte"), responsible for the previous audit services to the Company and its subsidiaries, in relation to the process of hiring new auditors.
