Subject: Respected Sir, This is in reference to your letter (complaint number KHI/160212/U/44517), dated March 26, 2012, regarding the obnoxious calls/SMS been received against mobile number mentioned in your letter, made by the subscriber of Ufone connection.     We would like to clarify that details against at least two connected calls/SMS are required, in order for us to initiate necessary steps against obnoxious caller, which in this particular case has not been proved. However, we are further willing to investigate the issue if complainant could provide us the required information (i.e. date and time of at least two connected calls/SMS).
