LEAVE MANAGEMENT: The Leave Management Module manages employee leave data for payroll reporting.

It allows for analysis such as the ability to project financial liabilities for unused accumulation of leave. The module handles an unlimited number of leave types, which can be user defined. The leave details for the Payroll Management System requirements are included in this module. Number of leaves available Leave taken Reduction if leave exceeded Each employee will be permitted to take leave for certain days where the limitations will be determined by the company. In this module we will enter the number of leaves taken by the employees and if the leave days exceeds then there will be reduction in their wages. Here we will specify the reduction of wages in terms of minutes, hours, and day.

TIME MANAGEMENT: Time module is used to efficiently track and monitor employee overtime and vacation time. It handles all the time details for the Payroll Management System requirement such as

Number of working hours/day, Over Time (OT), Wages of OT/minutes, hour, day, Shift of the employees The main rule here is that we must specify the number of working hours for an employee. If an employee works for an over time (OT), their wages will increase according that. The wage of OT in minutes, hours, and day specifies the extra wage of an employee as they worked more than the regular working hours.
