What policy guidelines would you advance so as to benefit trainees as well as the company ?

The Company can make the policy that any employee who is given training should execute a bond that he would not leave the organization for a certain fixed period (example: 2yrs).

Over & above this , if the employee even after executing a bond wishes to leave the organization than he should be asked to pay the penalty which should be the aggregate of training cost and a fine ! {Example :in the given case Rahul should be asked to pay a penalty amount = 50,000 Rs ( Training Cost) + 10,000 (Fine) }
