Research Methodology:

Problem Statement:
Quality of work life is a wider term covering and immense variety of programmes, technique, theories and management styles. The problem highlighted and focused in this study is to find out the quality of work life present in the Utensils industry in Distt. Yamunanager also considering the workers expectation regarding Quality of work life and its impact on the level of performance as well as job stress.

Objectives:
According to the problem statement, objectives are divided in main objectives and sub objectives. The main objective of this study is: 1. To study the workers Expectation regarding QWL in utensils industry in distt. Yamunanager. Sub objective: 2. To study the various facilities with respect to QWL being provided to the workers in Utensils industry in Distt. Yamunanager. 3. To examine the impact of QWL on the level of performance of workers. 4. To evaluate the impact of QWL on job stress among the workers.

Research Design:
The study is descriptive in nature as the variables are not in the control of the researcher and all the parameters are already explored.

SOURCES OF DATA
Present study is mainly based on the primary data. Primary data is collected with the help of a survey of 60 respondents, from Utensils industry in District Yamunanager.

Primary Data: For the purpose of collecting the Primary data survey method is used in
the study, using the following tools:

1. Questionnaire: Questionnaire was designed for the purpose of getting the desired and useful response from the workers by using the majority of closed and open ended questions. 2. Interview: Along with the questionnaire unstructured interview are conducted to know the other information that cant be collected by the questionnaire.
