This is the service order for both Facility and accessory change in Clarity

Modify order for Facility and accessory request Outdoor task here is to Install the requested Accessory at customer premises and enter ESN in Clarity. Click here to see how to close Outdoor task Indoor Indoor task is to activate/deactivate requested services at swicth.

Click on View WO to see Work order

In the work order screen click on costed items tab

Here the accessory type can be seen which has to be installed

Enter the serial number of the Accessory as shown

Change the status of the work order to CLOSED

Save the changes.
