Lisboa, 3/3/2012 Subject: Delay in the delivery of the request. Dear Sir or Madam,
I recently on the day 3 March I ordered from you a set of four French dinning room chairs and an Italian coffee table. Both of which were advertised in the January edition of Home and Gardens magazine. They arrived as promised but unfortunately they were damaged. The coffee table had one of its legs broken and the backs of the chairs were scratched. I understood these items were under guarantee so the store was asked to replace them as soon as possible. Although a complaint was made at the time of the delivery, I was informed that in order to have the furniture replaced, a formal letter should be written and sent to the manager. I wrote the letter as told and the furniture however yet isn't be replaced. Clearly, the delay in resolving the issue has brought many transtornos my family. So come to me to require that the sofa is delivered without fail, within eight days dosprximos. Otherwise, I intend to annul that order and require the return of money. Thank you for your assistance and cooperation in this matter.
