    Abstract The Information and Communication Technologies ICTs are more present than ever in the lives of everyone,

    everywhere. It can be said that we live in the information and knowledges age. In school can not be different, the textbook and the whiteboard, no longer attract more students as in ancient times. ICT's should be brought inside the walls of schools and it is up to each create conditions to make the students be not only consumers of information, but to be information producers. This way the students can to exercise their citizenship and democratic access to information. The Internal Radio of Estate School Tereza Borges de Cerqueira in Caetit - Bahia is a powerful tool that helps in the teaching-learning process. With the survey was proved that in addition to motivating her students to go to school and participate in the activities of the same, the radio also contributes to the cognitive development of students involved.
