SOLO CONTROL
Juggle the ball 3 to 4 times, kick high and then control the ball without letting it leave the Control Zone. Control the ball as it drops with the inside or the outside of your boot.

SOLO CONTROL AND SHOOT


Start with your back or side to the goal. Juggle the ball 3 to 4 times and kick high. Control the ball as it drops, using one touch to position the ball to shoot. Finish in either left or right target area.

Pass the ball between the 2 Control Zones. Receive the ball with a clean first touch, keeping it inside the Control Zone at all times. Return the ball to your teammate with a firm, accurate pass and making no more than 2 touches in total.

DIRECTIONAL CONTROL
Pass the ball between the 2 Control Zones, controlling and directing it across the Centre Line each time. Keep the ball inside the Control Zones at all times. Clean directional first touch. Firm, accurate pass with the second.

Pass between the 2 Control Zones with an accurate aerial ball. Control and direct the ball across the Centre Line each time. Use one touch directional control to keep the ball inside the Control Zone and set up the return pass.

Two players try to keep possession with one defender in the middle trying to steal the ball. Keep the play within the control area at all times. The aim is to make 10 continuous passes without losing the ball. Stay wide. Create space. And make a maximum of 2 touches on the ball.
