DAY 1: 05.04.2012 : MORNING SESSION: SARVATRA AWMCELL SOFTWARE TRAINGIN: Today Mr.Samart introduced me to Mr.Mangesh for training purpose.

Mr.Mangesh again introduced me to Mr.Shafiq Nore, QA. In morning session it was all about AWM SARVATRA CELL software. I was introduced to the software, its menu, uses and others functions. Afternoon session: We continued with software of AWM SARVATRA CELL. After completing software training, AWM POS machine training started. All the options of AWM key card introduced.

Day 2: 06.04.2012: Morning Session: AWM POS Machine training: Today MR. Shafiq taught all the options of Key card, Authorization Card and customer card till afternoon, with some transactions. In afternoon, Mr.Mangesh took the calss regarding technical background of AWM, how AWM works. Two other Sales Executives of Sarvatra joined the class. The class ended at 7.00. We discussed about AWM working, its implementation in existing Banking software. Today evening MR. Mahendrea Bhat handed me AWM POS Machine with key cards, Auth Cards and Cust Card.

Day3: 07.04.2012: Marketing Mock Training. Today Mr. Aushutosh from Marketing showed us how to handle customer in meeting, opening of meeting, etc. It was very good marketing Mock drill. I as well as two from Sarvatra, attended this Mock drill. This session was for two executive of Sarvatra, but, I requested Mr.Ashustosh I will attened so, he welcome me. It was very good session regarding marketing techniques. The day ended at 4.30 p.m. Mr. Summit came and spoke a while and at the end Mr.Mandra Agashe MD of Sarvatra came and talk about Saravtra and its motto.
