    Dear IB Coordinator & Head of School, We are pleased to announce that the IB will be providing a limited number of need-based

    scholarships for IB Diploma Programme (DP) students* to attend the IB World Student Conferences[+]. The Global Engagement Through Social Entrepreneurship conference will be held at IE University in Segovia, Spain, from 26 July, and The New Sustainability: Making Things Better, Not Just Less Bad" conference will be held at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada, from 2327 July.

    The deadline for students to apply for the scholarship has been extended to 15 April 2012. Please let your DP students know about this exciting opportunity.
