Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of Theodis R. Leonard, Sr., who passed away on April 8, 2012; and

WHEREAS, Theodis Leonard, Sr. was very active in his local church and community; after serving as a teacher at Gregory School in North Lawndale, he served as the Assistant Principal at Gregory School and as Principal of Paderewski School until his retirement; therefore, be it
