Ethical Responsibilities and Conduct


What happens when accepting leadership roles? These standards are essential because? Employees need to be aware of their responsibilities with regards to the use of equipment.

Management Responsibilities
All persons with supervising responsibility (Manager) are responsible for seeing that the policies are followed. Every Manager is responsible for communicating the policies to their staff. Human Resources are responsible for enforcement of this Code.

Specific Guidelines
Any member of the Workforce engaged in the following activities is in violation of this Code: Defalcation (the act or an instance of embezzling). Forgery or alteration of negotiable instruments. Misappropriation of assets. Intentional mishandling or false reporting of transactions. Falsification of records or financial statements. Theft of services (such as misuse of credit cards). Being convicted of a crime having a negative public impact on the reputation of our Company.

Personal Responsibilities
These standards require each member of the Workforce to:

Act with honesty and integrity. Provide constituents with information that is accurate, complete, objective, relevant, timely and understandable. Maintain the confidentiality of information acquired in the course of ones work except when authorized or otherwise legally obligated to disclose. Share knowledge that is important and relevant to ensure the delivery of service. Treat all fellow members of the Workforce and constituents with dignity and respect. Report known or suspected violations of this Code as required in this Code. Be accountable for adhering to this Code.

Discipline
Failure to comply with the standards outlined herein and all policies referred to herein will result in disciplinary action.
