NIADF Limit cannt be renewed after full adjustment/ expiry like NIACF limits. NIADF is treated as a fresh NIADF case, should be corrected & prepared as fresh NIADF case, after stopped Agri. Lending in your region is opened. e-CIB of Ali Khan reveals Rs. 58491/- in 60+ days overdues, maturity date 10.03.2011, of agri. Production loan, no details are given regarding overdue A/C and its regularization/ Adjustment letter from that bank moreover e-CIB is not showing any loan limit. Land owned by borrowers on 1.2 Acres where as ownership cultivation shown in ALAP is 25 Acres which is not supported by any document, Zari, latest fard Jamabandi, Khasra gardawari, etc; Pl. clarify. Annexure B is certification for review/ renewal of NIACF limit not NIADF as evident from its heading & details. Captioned proposal is an NIADF. Pl. clarify, how wrong certificate of renewal of NIACF is given/ attached confirming that I have checked & found his NIACF loan account regular with regards to annual markup payments as follows & party cleaned his account on 0906-2011 for a period of till date/ days (full adjustment till renewal of facility), whereas it is an NIADF facility, why wrong certificates issued clarify? ALAP page B-1, total value of collateral column is left blank, which speaks of preparing ALAP carelessly. No ACO/ BM spot verification report is attached where as ALAP contains discrepancies/ quires. The way an NIADF adjusted limit has been forwarded as NIACF renewal proposal, ALAP filled in with extreme carelessness without proper documentation speaks professional capabilities of ACO, BM & ATL for just signing & forwarding CA.

It is advised to Pl. exercise due diligence/ care while filling in ALAP completing required documents, with professionalism & process CAs in accordance with banks policies, mere to sign & forward wrong, incomplete CAs without proper documentation speaks it self professionalism & care taken while routing CA. Since lending is stopped in your area as & when fresh lending is opened resubmit CA after all rectifications returned with all docs.
