Food habits
Everybody needs food at least three times a day. Drs. say the main meal is breakfast because the energy to start the day is there. A good diet allows people to have good health so, food trends like cost, place or health; make the difference in food habits. What is cheaper, cooking at home or buying some things to eat? Price is important, because money talks also, when people dont have money, they prefer to eat fast food. If the family is bigger, buying and cooking is the best option. Eating salads is a good decision between price and health. Would you rather eat in a nice restaurant or take a sit down meal? On weekends days off restaurants are full. For me a nice place to eat is a clean place with music. Having a sit down meal with the family is necessary to share. Some people say the place is not important but the partners are. Talking a healthy food every day improves our life expectancy. A food supplies our needs of sugar, water, minerals, and salt. Drs. say we can eat fast food only once or twice for month. The best way to have healthy food is preparing our meal at home. What is the real importance of food habits? The quantity and quality of food depend on each one. Our food habits will be the key between being healthy or being overweight. Children need to start with habits such as eating vegetables and fruit in school. Eating less and doing exercises are basic to fight against illnesses.
