Bearfort Mtn 6 miles B/ 8 miles C day hike Starting from the Sears Mall parking lot, follow Warwick Tpk to the trailhead. Take the orange trail to Surprise Lake and make a right turn to the yellow trail to the viewpoint for Lunch. After Lunch, trace back on the yellow trail to Surprise Lake and continue to the next view point. Change to the white trail on the left back to Warwick Tpk. Level C hikers can explore the Yellow trail around Surprise Lake, then meet B level hikers at the Lunch Spot. After Lunch, continue with the yellow trail and make left on the blue trail uphill. Make a right on the AT (white) trail to Grand View. At Grand View, turn back on AT, then left turn on the yellow trail. After passing West Pond, make a right on the White trail to Warwick Tpk. Driving Direction to Sears Mall, 1926 Union Valley Road, Hewitt, NJ At George Washington Bridge, take Route 4 West towards Paterson (8.5 mi) Continue on NJ-208 N (10.2 mi) Merge onto I-287 S (1.1 mi) Take exit 57 for Skyline Drive toward Ringwood Turn right at Skyline Drive (4.8 mi) Turn right at Passaic County 692/Skyline Drive (144 ft) Turn right at Greenwood Lake Turnpike/State Route 511 (6.8 mi) Slight right to stay on Greenwood Lake Turnpike/State Route 511 (1.3 mi) Continue on State Route 513/Union Valley Rd, Sears Mall on the left
