Bio Time4 Web Enabled System 1.

Objective: To build Bio Time4 Web enabled System using Bio Time4 normal System.

Architecture:

Bio Time4 Client: Bio Time4 is a small windows application will stay in System tray and run automatically on system startup. Bio Time4 Client will have the following features. -Setup a) Configuration Mode of connectivity USB Network Device Configuration -IP -Port Number -Password

b) Time Zones Duty On : 09:00 to 10:00 Duty Off : 17:00 to 19:00 OT On : 19:00 OT Off :21:00 c) View Attendance (Branch) -Help

Internal Functionality: Bio Time4 Client will run for every 5 mins. The default time will be 5 mins, but this can be changed in the configuration settings. The default network will be TCP/IP and we will provide help how to set network settings in help file. Time Zones: Local administrator will set required Time zones for Duty On Duty Off In Out OT on OT Off

View Attendance: Client should provide a basic report to see Branch Attendance for the selected date range. The default from and to date will be current date. It will provide abstract along with individual Employee attendance with details as shown below.

Sending SMS : SMS has to send to one configured number of Student/Staff individuals once Data is pushed to server. We need to build a Service which will keep running on the server and pump all SMS for absentees.

Partner Web Portal Each partner will given access to the web through dedicated or sub domain website. This web site will have Home Login View Attendance Admin

Super Admin & his staff will have access to this portal. Once logged in he will see Attendance report as shown below.
