    VACAVILLE UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT STUDENT REGISTRATION FOR 10-11 K-12 School Registration Registration for new Vacaville Unified School District students will begin July 26 or August 2. Please call individual sites for specific times and days. The VUSD web site at www.vacavilleusd.org has listings of school phone numbers and addresses and school boundary information. Please call middle schools or high schools to schedule an appointment with a counselor. K-12 Independent Study Program Registration Registration packets are available on an ongoing basis at Elm School, 129 Elm St., Vacaville. Students must have a referral from their previous school to obtain a registration packet for independent study. Summer hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (closed for lunch between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.) For more information please call 453-7308. Buckingham Charter Magnet High School Registration Buckingham has reached its enrollment cap, but interested families may still have their students added to the waiting list for contact as openings occur. Call 453-7300 for information or drop by the school office at 188 Bella Vista Road, between the hours of 8 am and 2 pm. Buckingham enrollment is at capacity and they have an ongoing lottery-based waiting list. They will be open to the public Monday, August 2nd (8am to 4 pm) to sign up for the lottery based waiting list. If coming from outside of VUSD or from a private school, please bring most current transcript/report card.
