Stir-Fried Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken Zucchini Flower Carrot Garlic Broccoli Onion Burdock Fish sauce Oyster sauce Mushroom Snow pea Cooking oil Water

Knifes Chef Knife Peeler Spatula Wok

What to do to the vegetables before cooking 1. Peel the carrot 2. Mince the garlic 3. Cut the broccoli and zucchini flower into the flower which is on the top 4. Peel the Snow pea skin off

5. Cut the carrot into whole slice 6. Scrub the dirt off the stalk of the mushroom and cut the stalk off. 7. Cut the chicken into big dices.

Cooking 1. 2. 3. 4. Pour cooking oil into the wok Put the Garlic into the wok cook it until It turns brown. Put the chicken and cook the meat until It meat is not pink. Put the Hard vegetables into the wok like Broccoli, Zucchini flower and carrot. 5. Pour the water into the wok so that 6. Pour Oyster sauce and Fish sauce to give it taste. 7. Put all the vegetables left on the plate into the wok and cook.

Reminder
