Data-Driven Instruction/Problem Solving Plan, deliver, and execute research-based exemplary lessons corresponding with the specific contentarea and district curriculum. Utilize assessment data to modify instruction according to the needs of the students. Results: Students were at 67% on the district benchmark in Fall 2010 and the scores increased to 93% on TAKS test by Spring 2011. Goal Setting/Professional Development Utilize assessment data to set individualized student goals, class goals, and campus goals. o Assist students with tracking their curriculum-based assessment, benchmark, and TAKS scores o Serve as chairman of the Instructional Leadership Team and helped to develop collective goals for the campus utilizing assessment data, a comprehensive needs assessment, and the campus improvement plan. Results: Developed several action research projects in response to our campus needs.
