    Dear Sir, The purpose of this is to convey my sincere apologies regarding internship.

    I am extremely thankful to you for offering me internship in your organization. As I communicated with you that I am pursuing my post graduate diploma & I am only having month of March as a term break to join as an intern. I got late opportunity to join your organization (March 19), so to continue as an intern for next 30 days I asked director of college for extension of internship duration, but he refused to offer me letter to join internship. So I am unable to continue my internship.

    I look forward to work with your organization soon, hope you will consider my sincere apologies and give me an opportunity to meet you in future. I look forward for a positive reply from you.
