Day and Universal Children's Day is a day dedicated to brotherhood and understanding among the world's children and for activities to promote the welfare and rights of children worldwide. In 1954, the General Assembly of the United Nations recommended that all countries institute a Universal Children's Day and suggested that state governments to celebrate the Day, the date that each considers conveniente.1 The UN welcomes this day 20 November, commemorating the adoption of the Declaration of the Rights of the Child in 1959 and the Convention on the Rights of the Child in 1989. On November 20, 1959, the General Assembly of the United Nations met with the intention to reaffirm the universal rights of children and to be held in each country in the world one day would be devoted to brotherhood and understanding among children worldwide and is targeted to activities that develop the welfare of all children in the world. The idea of this meeting had an institution called the International Union for Child Welfare, who in 1952 suggested that there should be a special day to celebrate children. A year later, in 1953, forty countries decided to join the party and celebrate too. Soon, the United Nations joined the idea and it was unanimously decreed that there should be a time to honor and emphasize the needs of children around the world. Children's Day and is the official Girl on November 20 but in each country comes at a time different from the arts.
