her first time to be admitted except from the time she had her labor on her first child in which the procedure was cesarian section. She cannot remember any complication during labor.

got her diabetes mellitus type 2 in her maternal side because her mother and grandmother had one. Almost all of the siblings had hypertension, in which they got in their paternal side.

Medication The client has diabetes mellitus type 2 and hypertension, but she only takes medicine which is impidrapil for her hypertension. She doesnt have any maintenance in her illnesses because according to her, she doesnt want to have a consultation from a physician.
